    Returns and Refunds

The company provides a “no questions asked” returns and refund policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with the Internet Post Box – and provided the product has not been damaged by the purchaser in any way – then simply send it back to us within 14 days of purchase and a full refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent for no extra charge, no ifs, no buts, no quibbles.

All refunds will be processed via our Barclaycard Secure Payment Platform

A full three year structural guarantee is provided on the lock and a five year guarantee is provided on all other components of the Internet Post Box
